Please note: only for our properties located in Milan: for bookings with check-in between March 4th and April 15th inclusive, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. Check-out between April 3rd and April 13th 2025 inclusive is not permitted. The security deposit and the administration fee, for initial and final cleaning, must be paid to the owner no later than two weeks before the move-in date. The rental agreement must be signed before check-in. Failure to comply with this instruction will result in the inability to enter the apartment. This is because the accommodation provider is a company under its rules and the regulations of Italian law to prepare the contract. Uniplaces guarantees that this is a trustworthy owner. RENTAL CONDITIONS: According to Italian law, it is mandatory to request a valid Italian tax code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can request one by contacting your local consulate or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate at most one week before check-in. If you fail to obtain one within the deadline, a charge will apply. Wi-Fi internet, bills, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price. The rent includes all bills based on normal usage and they are set based on the size of the apartment. If you exceed the gas and electricity usage, the extras will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay (details will be specified in the rental agreement). If you wish to leave the apartment early, please let us know at least 21 days in advance. Check-in time: every day from 3pm to 9pm Check-out time: 11am.
