Located in the center of the Affori district which retains the characteristics of a small town but inserted within the Milan service network. The apartment consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room with open kitchen and leads to the recently renovated bathroom with shower, crossing the hall you then enter the large double bedroom. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Affori Centro M3 yellow line metro stop which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet, the apartment is close to the university campus of the Milan Bovisa Polytechnic and the Milan Niguarda hospital. Before check-in, the deposit, the final cleaning and the 500 administration fee must be paid in full. - Upon check-in or ideally before check-in, the tenant must sign the rental agreement and accept the terms and conditions. - Maximum stay: 12 months renewable THE PRICE INCLUDES - Common expenses, utilities up to a maximum of 50 for studio, 75 for one bedroom apartment, 100 for two bedroom apartment - Agency and registration fee. - Check-in/out during business hours from Monday to Friday. - Assistance in English - Contract registration fee and VAT THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE - Extra cleaning service possible on request once you have checked in - Check-in/out on weekends, public holidays and late hours /advance is not included in the price. - For rentals longer than 1 month, the Italian tax code Italian tax code is required.
