This charming apartment offers you the chance to live an authentic experience just a stone's throw from the central station, the magnificent Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the lively Mercato Centrale and the main points of interest of the city. The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical building in the historic center (without elevator) and is spread over two levels, combining a rustic style with modern elements to offer a comfortable and welcoming stay. On the lower level, you will find a large living room/kitchen perfectly equipped for all your needs, with a sofa bed for additional guests. Two double bedrooms and a single bedroom guarantee space and privacy, while a modern full bathroom with shower and bidet adds a touch of comfort. The upper level hosts a bright triple bedroom, a service bathroom and a small but delightful balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view over the rooftops of Florence. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
