Amazing location! You could hear the waves crashing while you fell asleep! Huge deck that becomes shaded and comfortable early afternoon. Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy sunrise and sunset. We will definitely be coming back and Paige was a wonderful host-super helpful, great recommendations and very responsive.

Great week at Ponte Vedra Florida! The host Page was super nice and friendly! The house is located right on the beach! So easy access made beach more enjoyable. The beach is very quiet and not crowded. It’s like having a private beach almost! Great local restaurants nearby and Publix grocery store is like 7 minutes away which made our life a lot easier. Overall, great experience and would revisit near future! Can’t go wrong with Ponte Vedra Beach!

e loved this house! It’s right on the beach and even when the tide was high because of a storm the sand yard was perfect for the kids to play in and build sandcastles. Being steps from the beach is always so enjoyable and the house was perfect. There is a public beach access a few houses down but it’s still nice and private and plenty of space on the beach. Page was very responsive and gave great recommendations for food. We really enjoyed our stay.

This location was exactly what we were hoping for! The pripertynis truly directly kn the beach, and the beach is beautiful. Its a perfect beach if you have little kids, its verybflat and has lots of shells to hunt for. The water was a little chilly in March butour kids are 1 and 3 so they were more interested in playing in the sand. The house itself had all the amenities you could need. The master suite is so peaceful. Short drive to St Augustine, publix, and playground. Would recommend to family abd friends!

Loved this truly beachfront location on a quiet beach a few miles from St. Augustine. Would love to visit again. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and patio/garage was well stocked for beach lounging.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home is beautiful with amazing views and Page was very responsive and prompt with answering questions. It’s in a great location as well with lots of things to do! We are going to miss waking up to the ocean every morning and hearing the waves as we sleep.

Relaxing beachfront home. The ocean waves could be heard from every room. Nice covered porch to relax on when high tide brought nice breezes. A sea turtle visited to lay a nest of eggs during our stay.

Fantastic spot right on the beach! Page’s place was perfect for our little family get away. The house was well kept, tidy, and spacious for our team of 6 and the house was a great home base for all our beach activities! Can’t get closer to the water either. It was amazing! We enjoyed the water but also loved to just sit on the porch and listen to the waves or see the dolphins.
Page was a great host too. Very communicative and helpful. 5 stars!

Page is an AMAZING host and so quick to respond and please. She offered many things to do when it was raining and lots of restaurants to eat at. The home is GORGEOUS and clean - very comfortable and spacious. You could not ask for a better place on the beach where the beach is a few steps away. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Page’s home is very special. It was the perfect place for our family of five. It was clean, peaceful, quiet and feels like a home that is loved and cared for. Page is extremely responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot - right on the beach and a quick drive to St Augustine for culture and exploration. Page’s place was very nice. We loved the views from balcony and back deck! Page was very quick in responding to my inquiries and pleasant to deal with. It was great that she had a bedroom on the first floor that had a bed that was lower to the floor, as that was perfect for my 95 year old Mom. I would definitely love to come back! Thank you Page!

We had a fabulous stay at Page's lovely home. Everything was spotless, with the surf just feet from our incredible decks. She provided many thoughtful details, from lots of outdoor furniture to beautiful linens. The home has many features, from great natural light to a very functional kitchen. The newly renovated upstairs suite was wonderful. Page was also very helpful and responsive, giving us rapid answers to questions and suggestions for our adventures. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home loved that it was a private beachfront and just steps from the deck to the water. Nice to have access to the deck from kitchen and main level bedroom . Gorgeous en suite upstairs with awesome balcony and nice shower.
Owner was courteous helpful and almost immediately responsive! House was very clean with lots of beach chairs boogie board, noodles etc. Would love to stay here again!

We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years and especially love to try new beach locations as we explore the Southeastern US. Page's house is listed as "beachfront", and it truly is! Like walk out the back door and you are right there in the sand. The beach itself was so peaceful and gorgeous. The sunrise was amazing. We had one rainy day and one sunny day – the former made for big waves and great wave-riding once the rainfall stopped, while the latter brought calm, clear water and the ability to wade out super far as the shallows seem to go on forever. My kids are a bit older but ths would be a great beach for families with little ones too. It was in no way crowded and so easy to feel like you just had your own personal slice of beach. The house certainly had everything we needed and was a great base for exploring St. Augustine. Wonderful, relaxing mini-vacation!

We absolutely loved our time here! The house was exactly as described in the listing. Bedroom/bathroom configuration was perfect for the six of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. Everything was very clean. Our favorite thing was the proximity to beach. Just steps away from the back door and never crowded. We would definitely come back!

The best vacations, IMHO, allow one to relax in a beautiful, serene and functional environment, while knowing there is someone who you can turn to for help. This lovely home checked all the boxes and Page is a wonderful host! We loved that the parking was easy and only steps from the front door and the living spaces were very functional and comfortable for a larger group of people. Going from our usual two person vacation group to a four person group increased negotiating everyone's needs and wishes exponentially, lol! But everyone was happy and relaxed here. Being right there on the beach with the sound of the waves was amazing. We got to watch the most striking moon rise in the evening and a stunning sunrise in the morning. While the primary suite is upstairs, the main floor bedroom with the ocean view might be the better choice for older guests vis stairs and handrail. Page was highly responsive to our questions. We will definitely come back to this superb beachfront getaway!

Stayed here w my family so my niece could experience the Ocean for the first time. Page’s place was perfect! My parents could stay under the covered deck in the shade and easily see us in the sand and water. The upstairs suite is a great remodel w high end furnishings. We even got to experience a loggerhead turtle hatchling make its way to the water! Which was def a highlight for all!

Wonderful comfortable beach house. You can go to sleep in a very comfortable bed listening to the surf. The back deck is a great place to sit and just enjoy. The beach is a shell hunter’s paradise. We found a sand dollar and another lady found a shark tooth. We caught a yellowtail snapper right in front of the house and ate it. Yum! Other people were catching sharks and pompano. Paige could not have been more accommodating. She and her team went above and beyond for us. Her suggestions for restaurants were spot on. We had great meals at Cap’s on the Water. We also had wonderful bbq at Smoking D’s. Kayaking with the North Guana Outpost was incredible. Walking around and shopping in historic St. Augustine was a lot of fun.

Location, location, location. Beach front prime location few steps down from the deck. Second floor balcony lets you see entire beach. We even found few huge shells on the beach. Page went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home. Her recommendations for dining and things to do were spot on and exactly what we needed. Historic St. Augustine is only 5-6 miles away with tons of things to do and enjoy. I’ll recommend Page’s place to all my friends and definitely be back for more sun soon.

Our stay at Page’s place was great! She was an excellent host, very responsive, had lots of recommendations, and was proactive to resolve any issues. The home has the most beautiful views of the ocean, and has many modern updates. It is clean, and a comfortable feel. With a beautiful beach at your footsteps, and many local shops/restaurants this is the perfect spot! Page had accommodations for my 1 year old daughter in her home which was much appreciated. While on a main road, so the street is not very walkable, you can make just a short drive to parks and areas to walk around with your child. I recommend Page’s place!
