Security deposit: A minimum refundable deposit of $500 USD is required at check-in, subject to property inspection at the end of the stay.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 15 and 30 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance are non-refundable.
Required documentation: A copy of a valid passport or government-issued ID is required. For monthly or long-term rentals, a bank reference or proof of income will also be requested.
Monthly contracts: For stays of one month or longer, a formal rental agreement will be signed by both parties.
