Mountain view budget accommodation is a secluded single floor semi-detached chalet. There is one bedroom with two large single beds, wardrobes and drawer unit. There is an open plan lounge with three piece suite and flat screen TV, dining area with table and chairs and fitted kitchen area which is fully equipped with a full size cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and fridge. A shower room with waterfall shower, washbasin and WC completes the interior.
Heating if required is by a log burner fire and calor gas heater. Logs, Firelighters and Calor Gas included.
The interior is finished to a basic standard and provides a comfortable home from home for your holiday.
A welcome pack of milk, water, croissants, tea, sugar, coffee is provided. Condiments and washing up liquid are also included. There are books and board games provided to add to your enjoyment. Free WIFI as standard.
The patio area contains a patio table and chairs, the private garden area which is fenced and gated contains wicker sofa, chairs and coffee table there is also a BBQ for those that enjoy outside cooking..
The views are stupendous and the area while being within half hour drive of the city of Almeria is in the rugged Tabernas Desert home of the spaghetti westerns. The village of Tabernas is a 5 minute drive away (walking takes about 20 minutes) the village provides all the usual amenities such as bars, banks, shops and an open air swimming pool. There is an abundance of "things to do" in the area from cave exploring to theme park, water parks to go cart racing. Horse riding in the area. A selection of beaches within a 45 minute drive. The area is most suited to those who like walking and rambling, there are hills to climb and dry water beds (ramblers) to explore. The flora and fauna of the area will satisfy those interested in nature.
Travel further afield and visit the Alhambra in Granada and the beautiful churches there.
Almeria city holds a wealth of history and guided tours. Most of all you are assured of a warm welcome at Casa Buena Vista.

The city of Almeria has all the history a discerning tourist could hope for with its splendid cathedral, magnificent Alcazaba, an Arab fortress built by the Caliph of Cordoba, Museums, the refuge from the civil war – a network of shelters of 4.5 km which protected upto 35,000 people. Some 756 metres have been restored and are open to the general public. La Casa del Poeta where Jose Angel Valente lived for the last 15 years of his life. A visit to the Museum of Cinema in Almeria is a must for movie buffs. How about visiting the guitar museum. Meander the streets of Almeria to find all the hidden gems, the shops, the plazas, the fountains an much more. Take the tourist train which chugs around the city with audio commentary of various points of interest (in Spanish).
On to the beaches what a variety: the city beach, the tourist beaches of Mojacar and Roquetas de Mar and San Jose, the wild and hidden beaches of the Cabo de Gata. There are beaches to dive, snorkel from take a glass bottom boat if your lucky see the dolphins. Almeria Port where you can catch the ferry to Morocco.
