SPACE
It is a chalet located one kilometer from the center of the VILLAGE of Navaluenga. The chalet is within a natural area with views of the Alberche mountains, bathed by the river at the back of the house, where you can fish, bathe and/or relax. Chalet with two terraces with views only for those who want to leave the city behind and return to the depths of their being. Cozy room to enjoy the fireplace and great nights of talks and reading in winter. Special so that your pets (as long as they are not dangerous to third parties) can enjoy large open spaces without ties. It could be a check point for outdoor sports. Summer is hot during the day and cool at night, winter is mostly sunny during the day and cold in the nights and specially to collect yourself in the fireplace. We own the Four Seasons, anyway it is not a cold area, you could consider warm most of the year, not so warm as the Mediterranean Areas in Spain. It is very special for pensioners with pets who likes to enjoy an outdoors village with much life on weekends , and quite calm and relax with no noise in the VILLA. Also it is good to consider that Avila City is 30 min away by car and Madrid city is 1h20 min by car.

SERVICES AND COMMUN AREAS
They can access the entire upper part of the house where all their needs are covered, kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedrooms and terraces.
The garden is very large. You can sunbathe on the lawn, set up barbecues, prepare snacks, play ball, jog with your pets, and go to the river to take a bath and take a nap. In the land , there is a independient little house for the GARDENERS who used to come on weekends or spring/summer time to have all organized and cleaned , and fit broken parts of the houses.

OTHER NOTABLES ASPECTS
The accommodation is a mountain chalet within a farm , EVEN WE CAN SOME HENCES (NATURAL EGGS AVAIALBE ALL THE YEAR). There is a porch to leave a car and outdoor areas to play and have fun with pets. There is no wifi until we agree your coming long term ( we would set high speed line internet),if you are coming just for a short holidays it is convenient to bring it if you go to work. With current devices there is a good connection to work on the computer. There is television although the chalet is made to enjoy rest, harmony and open spaces. Once the energy is recovered, you can practice a multitude of sports and then collect yourself and chat and prepare a nice dinner before the deep sleep. Sports activities:
