We offer you our cozy apartment, built with love, on the top floor (7.) of an apartment building in Holešovice. The apartment is very bright and sunny, furnished with custom-made furniture and completely equipped with everything you need for your comfortable life. The building was renovated in 2007, the last two floors were newly built in the same year.
The living room is connected to the kitchen, which is optically separated by a step and flooded with natural light. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for the occasional sleepover. From the living room you can reach the balcony with an awning and a small sitting area, with beautiful view over Prague Castle, the Žižkov Tower and the Vítkov monument.
The apartment has one bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe. The toilet is separate, the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a shower. From the bathtub, you can watch the stars at night through the skylight. The bathroom has a cosmetic table with a chair and a mirror. There is also washing machine with a dryer.
There is an elevator in the building and a parking space is ready for you in the yard of the building. Due to the narrower passage to the yard, it is more suitable for smaller cars (max. Octavia).
Holešovice is a very popular and modern district in the wider city center. There are a large number of restaurants and popular spots in the vicinity. The DOX gallery is around the corner and the tram stop is 2 minutes from the apartment, Stromovka park is within walking distance. You can reach the city center in 15 minutes by tram, metro C is 2 tram stops away, so the whole of Prague is easily reachable.
