The property is located 20 metres from the sandy beach of Playa de los Lances. The house is located in a quiet family area by the sea, opposite the Café del Mar Playa and Surla Café.
The location is excellent, because the promenade leads to the Old Town in 10 minutes walking distance and it is free from the typical summer hustle and bustle.
It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One of 150 cm and the other of 135 cm. A bathroom with shower with screen, living room with sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and iron.
It has 2 terraces, in one there is a dining table with 4 chairs and a space for washing machine and electric boiler. From this terrace we can see a part of the beach and see if there are waves or the wind is good for kite or windsurfing. On the back terrace, which is very spacious, we have a chill-out area with a barbecue.
The flat has an outdoor parking space in a private area from where there is direct access to the flat.
It has air conditioning in the living room and Wifi (fibre).
