This property used to be a garage and has been converted into a studio with kitchen, bathroom (shower+toilet+sink), bedroom and a living area. The studio has its own private entrance. The bedroom (and an extra small room) has been constructed using metal and wooden beams, halfway down the ceiling. So you have to climb 5 steps of stairs to get to the sleeping area (upstairs).
Do note that the ceiling is low in the sleeping area, so you cannot stand straight when you are upstairs. I would not recommend the studio for anyone above 6 feet.
The studio is recently renovated, insulated and has most of the amenities (AC, TV, Fridge, Microwave etc.). It does not have a washing machine though.
The studio is located in a quiet residential area 5 minutes drive from both Ferragudo and Portimao.
The studio is perfect for a single person but can accommodate two as well.
