It is equipped with:
- complete kitchen (large fridge, oven, stove, machine for washing dishes, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, etc..);
- washing machine;
- LED TV 43";
- Cable TV, optical wi-fi;
- A/C with inverter;
- Terrace;
- Private parking place with a ramp located in front of the entrance of the building;
- Everything else needed for a comfortable stay.
Its capacity is 4 people (a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that easily folds down into a double bed).
Nearby can be found a lot of markets, bakeries, bars and restaurants, pharmacies, bus stop, etc.
Price for 1 month stay (between October and May) is 650 eur with all costs and fees included and for longer stays it is negotiable.
