A 3 bedroom house close to the airport and local amenities. 3 mins walk to local bus stop and 12 minutes to the local grocery store.
The property has a spacious lounge / diner / kitchen for with windows providing a constant cooling breeze.
The large garden is well cared for and features a gazebo and outdoor chairs.
The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom as, a large walk in closet and also a balcony.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor and all feature air conditioning as standard. There is a shared bathroom for two of the bed rooms.
Internet is provided at the property with up to 60Mbps down / 20 Mbps up cable connection at the property.
Whilst the house is in a residential area, you're also not far from the beach and happenings in Barbados.
There are lots of beaches to choose from with Foul Bay (7 mins drive) and the well known Crane (10 mins drive) the closest to where you'll be staying.
However if you want to go for a swim I recommend the beaches on the South/West Coast, the closest of which is a 15 minute drive from Mangrove. The sea here is calm and more suited for swimming. Miami and Dover beach are two located on the south coast.
For provisions the nearby Trimart supermarket in St Martins is a 10 minute walk away and has a range of items for a quick shop.
There is also a larger supermarket based at Six Roads a 5 minute drive away. It's based within the Emerald City complex, which also has banks with ATM's, a large fast food outlet, petrol station etc.
Barbados is the perfect place for remote working or just relaxing. With good internet speeds, lovely weather and the beach all available.
