House in the countryside and at the same time close to the center of Ponta Delgada. Just 15 minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada, but in a rural setting, you can enjoy a pleasant, quiet house in the heart of Feteiras. The property also has two more attached houses, which share the same outdoor space, with a swimming pool, orchard area, vineyard, lake, barbecue and a pergola.
The internet is present inside and outside, with a broadband connection, being rated by our customers as 5/5 stars on the various online platforms.
The stay is recommended for people with their own car, although there is a bus stop close to the center of Ponta Delgada, with trips every hour. Just 2 minutes (car) or 5 minutes (foot) there is a convenience supermarket. At 50 meters, a pharmacy, and at 100 meters, a small restaurant for small meals. Check-in is done independently. Cleaning is done once a week, with change of towels, bed linen and general cleaning of the house, included in the final price. We also give a small welcome basket to our guests, which contains regional products from our island, for the first breakfast.
