The flat stands in a real "village" bohemian chic neighbourhood, with many bars, terraza and great price value restaurant but also numerous gourmet French "bistronomie" restaurants (famous Septime is 10 min walk).
Nice shopping area with many nice concept stores, French and international brands minutes away (rue des Francs Bourgeois and rue de Charonne) also some fancy vintage thrift stores and vinyls shops for music aficionados one bloc away!
