Pedro is a kind and generous host and we much enjoyed our stay with him. On our arrival he welcomed us with a jug of fresh juice and something to eat. Once we were settled in, he provided us with an excellent map of the local area - advice on places to visit etc etc. He was very sensitive to our needs, without any big sell on his part. The accommodation is fairly basic but this is more than offset by Pedro's generosity - a lovely man.

Une très bonne adresse à Vinales. Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans une grande chambre et une petite terrasse. Pedro nous a offert d'autres services et nous a très bien conseillé pour notre séjour. Nous pouvons aussi recommander de profiter des repas proposés par Pedro, en particulier les langoustes qui étaient excellentes. A recommander absolument

This was by far my best homestay ever, Pedro and his family were very welcoming and super accommodating. From breakfast every morning, afternoon sandwiches, helping us with travel arrangements for horseback riding and tobacco touring and even dinner recommendations, they were wonderful!! Highly recommend this homestay, cute clean cottage behind their home with excellent air conditioning. Central to restaurants, shopping, public park for wifi, banks and entertainment. Both Pedro and his wife speak great English and can even help book a taxi to and from Havana!

It was a pleasure to stay at Pedro's Casa Particular. This is because of Pedro's being so kind, smiling, helpful and his family hospitality. Our stay to his lovely house became a nice family experience because Pedro made us feel part of his family. His simplicity, kindness, taking so much time with us explaining things and where and what to visit made our stay so nice. It's a big advantage for anyone who wishes to experience living with a Cuban family to stay at Pedro's. We will keep his smile and friendship in our hearts as the best memories from Cuba. A Must of Vinales to Visit of course out of your Cuba travel...many thanks to Pedro and family.

Pedro and Herenia offered us the warmest welcome, from meeting us @ the bus to having cold drinks and sandwiches upon arrival. The space was comfortable, the breakfasts lovingly prepared and Pedro helped us make good use of our short time to accomplish our plans. He's extremely generous and offered us many things @ no cost that other casas charged for. Besides having a warm heart, he was genuinely interested in stimulating coversational exchange. You will be lucky if you find availability @ his centrally located casa. We bring home sweet memories of our stay in Vinales with him and his family.

Ok Let me Say this That Pedro and His Wife are very warm welcoming people and both Speak Good English That is Very importrant in Cuba as not so many Host do. We stayed 2 weeks in Cuba and 4 days in Beautiful Viniales. Pedro was waiting for us at a bus stop that was very helpfull . He was very accomodating, we had a welcome drink... and here is a bummer...! Due to some mistake or double booking we did not stay at his Casa only at His neighbours Casa that was way lower quality and condition. It was on a same street and close by so we still had a use of bicycles (from his house) and he was very helpfull with anything we asked... but because we stayed elsewere i cant rate his Casa only him as a person... Only one thing comes to mind that due to that overbooking we ended up in way lower standard than expected.... Anybody from Europe or America in such a case would expect an upgrade or at least same condition rooms from a Hotel , Hostel or a Host. As we paid deposit to Homestay we have decided to stay at that alternative location. At the end of our stay we had a huge dinner at Pedros House that was very nice. Everything is Close by and Viniales is something spacial if you like nature. Highly recommend Bicycle Tours and "Hop on Hop Off" Bus in Viniales for only 5CUC for a whole day to see this further located atractions. His Casa is Very nice , but again we did not stay there ... so if u decide to book it with Pedro... just make sure you have a promised accomotadion at his Casa not anywhere else.

We had just 24 hours in Vinales. We were welcomed by Pedro when we arrived with fresh juice and then a mojito. To ensure we got the most out of our stay Pedro spent time with us going over what we should do while we were here. He arranged bikes and a map. We had dinner at the Casa. It was the best meal we had in Cuba. The breakfast was also delicious. Pedro continued checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed including enough bottled water. The room was lovely, very clean, comfortable, private and constructed to a high standard. Pedro also arranged a guide and horses for us. It was a private tour and the guide was nice. Pedro was friendly and really welcomed us into his home. He provides a high level of service and really goes above and beyond to make sure his guests enjoy their stay. He organized bikes, horses and a taxi for us. I can't speak Spanish and had no issues as Perdo's English is very good. We enjoyed listening to Pedro's stories. Highly recommended and one of the best houses we stayed in.

Nuestra estancia en casa de Pedro y Herenia fue inmejorable, nos recibieron y nos trataron como si fuéramos de su familia. Tanto la habitación como el baño privado se encuentran en perfecto estado, todo es nuevo y muy agradable. El primer día cuando llegamos nos recibieron con un almuerzo exquisito, al igual que el desayuno rico y súper completo que nos proporcionaron cada mañana. Cada día teníamos agua incluida en la nevera y también unas cervecitas. El apartamento se encuentra en la parte superior de la casa, lo que es perfecto porque proporciona privacidad para ambos. Pedro también nos recomendó varios tours por Viñales, uno para ver el amanecer con Jesús y otro para recorrer los alrededores con Osniel, ambos guías también altamente recomendados. También destacar que dispone de wifi las 24 horas y funciona estupendamente. Pedro, muchas gracias por tu amabilidad y tu predisposición para ayudarnos y asegurarte que nuestra estancia en Viñales y en tu casa fueran perfectas! Saludos de Lourdes, Melisa y míos! Gemma
