This homestay was the best we had in Cuba, the room was good the outdoor terrace a bonus. What made it so special was the warmth and hospitality that was shown by Jose and his family. We felt like we were visiting relatives in Trinidad, and the Breakfasts were delicious . A genuine family homestay .

We were welcomed warmly by Jose Antonio and his family and really enjoyed our conversations and the time spent with them. Jose Antonio worked for many years in the tourism industry and is very good at making people feel welcome and supported. He was very helpful with booking our horseback riding tour and was proactive about providing information to orientate us and answer questions. The house is in an excellent location in the centre of town, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfasts were excellent! Jose Antonio is a super host – highly recommended!

El desayuno en la terraza de esta casa preparado por su anfitrión es una maravilla, quedamos encantados, nos trataron genial en esta casa. La habitación está muy bien acondicionada, con nevera y aire acondicionado e incluso una pequeña terraza privada. Aunque sin duda lo mejor es la terraza de arriba y sus vistas de Trinidad. Recomendable totalmente.

A true home away from home. The room is cozy as can be and the rooftop terrace is gorgeous. Jose is a truly wonderful host: friendly, funny, always available for advice or help organizing outings. And his breakfasts are a must! I can't recommend staying at his home enough! Will definitely stay here if we come back to Trinidad (: Gracias por todo, Jose!

José ist ein ganz freundlicher authentischer Mensch.Er hat uns immer geholfen, wo er nur konnte. Die Wohnung war perfekt, und sein Frühstück einfach das Beste. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen zu ihm zu gehen. Er verdient tausende von Sternen. Fünf sind viel zu wenig. Gracias José por todo. No te vamos a olvidar. Samuel y Martina.

We had a great time in Trinidad. Jose and his family made us feel very welcome, excellent hosts! The meals and arranging tours was great as well. If we ever visit Cuba again, we will definite stay with them

Jose and his family were incredibly welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Jose was great at organising anything that we needed. The casa is a short walk from the centre but in a lively area.
