Bungalow at rear of house, the room size is or 10'x13' in the old scale. Very private, separate entrance, smoke detector connected to mains & RCD power points installed, fire extinguisher. The room has heating, WiFi and air-conditioning is available for hot summer days. Non smoking environment with friendly pets. Single father with two adolescents at home; soccer is our sport of choice. We regularly go on 4x4 trips across the state for both day trips and weekend camping. If there is room in the car you are welcome to come along. Some French is spoken by one member of the house. The interior of the house is cosy and made for feeling relaxed. Outside there is a large back yard with fruit trees, vegetable garden & soon there will be chickens with plenty of shade in the summer. Public transport is a little over 100m away and access to trains and trams is close by. Deakin uni is a 15 minute walk through the Gardiner creek reserve. All household members over the age of 18 have been checked and approved by the Department of Justice Victoria & provided with a current Working with Children's Card (WWCC) allowing student's under 18 to stay at residence in a safe and caring environment. Free wifi Linen and towels provided toiletries can be arranged and bathroom is a shared facility. Room is keyed and deadlocked, windows have flyscreens. Smoking is permitted outside of buildings and away from entrances and windows.
