Manolo y Maritza son un auténtico amor, te hacen sentir como en tu casa.Te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. La habitacion está muy bien equipada y es independiente. También destacar los riquisimos desayunos que nos ha preparado Maritza con todo el cariño. La casa está muy bien comunicada porque está en una calle principal con todo tipo de transportes y caminando está a media hora más o menos de rampa y a 5 min del malecón, del parque Lenon,del 1830.. y al lado de la casa también hay varios sitios para comer,tomar algo.. También dar las gracias a su hijo Alex que nos ha ayudado en todo momento. No dudaremos en volver!!

I was a little hesitant about staying in someones home but our experience with Maritza and Manolo was beyond wonderful. We enjoyed being with them so much!!! They are so warm and welcoming and helped us to understand life in Cuba a little bit better. They were great about speaking slowly and using gestures that were understandable even with my poor grasp of Spanish. The room is bigger and nicer than it appears in the photos, it is actually two rooms with a table, chairs, fridge and another bed in the second room. The bathroom is en-suite, very clean and modern. Everything is very comfortable, super clean and the breakfasts were spectacular. It was great that they had water, soda and beer in the fridge for purchase at very reasonable prices because it took us a couple of days to figure out how to purchase anything on our own. The location is great for getting around to different parts of Havana and it was an absolutely perfect location for attending Jazz Festival events. Maritza and Manolo, you will remain in our hearts forever! We can't thank you enough for making our time in Havana so wonderful. We VERY HIGHLY recommend this home stay experience!

Une belle maison de famille dans Vedado et des hôtes absolument adorables; Maritza et Manolo se mettent en quatre pour votre confort et répondre à tous vos souhaits. Une chambre double très confortable et très propre, décorée avec goût, offre beaucoup d'espace. Le lit simple est bien séparé du lit "king size" très confortable. Un frigo avec des boissons fraîches, la climatisation et un ventilateur, une grande armoire pour ranger ses vêtements et une belle salle de bain où coule de l'eau en quantité suffisante, froide et chaude. Accès libre à une belle pièce de style néo colonial où l'on peut se détendre dans des "rocking chair" et à une vaste terrasse intérieure ; on se sent vite 'à la maison "chez Maritza et Manolo qui aiment passer du bon temps avec leurs hôtes. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et savoureux, fruits et jus de fruits frais, oeufs au plat, omelettes au jambon et pommes de terre, pains briochés, miel, beurre et les délicieuses crêpes que prépare Maritza chaque matin. Repas du soir possible à la demande. Un petit bémol qui n'enlève rien au charme de cette casa bien située sur une grande voie de circulation, le bruit des automobiles. En revanche, de nombreux transports en commun (guagua) et quantité d'almendrones auxquels on fait signe pour se rendre à Havana vieja. Le quartier est sûr et facile d'accès. Nous recommandons vivement la Casa Lemane et y mettons 5 étoîles.

Maritza, Alex y Manolo fueron muy amables con nosotros. El piso está super limpio, el cuarto muy moderno y los desayunos muy ricos. El ultimo día tuvimos problemas y ellos nos ayudaron un montón. Fueron “nuestra familia”, nos encantó estar allí. Snoopy también fue muy divertido. Yesica y David

The place was very clean and private. Amazing host. It was on main road to go to Old Havana, which is not far. Alex guided well about Havana and Cuba overall. Educated family.

An excellent homestay! We were made to feel welcome straight away. Alex was extremely helpful before the trip also, helping us organise car rental and currency and picked us up. Accommodation was excellent, breakfast delicious and the family couldn't do enough for us. Fully recommended- a 5* home. Thank you very much!

Estuvimos encantados de visitar la casa, desde antes de la llegada resolvieron nuestras dudas. Nos recogieron en el aeropuerto, nos dieron un cóctel ríquisimo de bienvenida. Pudimos charlar animadamente con ellos durante la noche. El desayuno fue espectacular, ideal para coger fuerzas. La habitación con total privacidad y muy limpia. En resumen fue como hacer una visita a la familia. Si volvemos repetiremos.
