Large family home near Blackmans Bay Beach, 15 minutes south of Hobart. Our family lives in a 2 storey home with our 2 boys, 11 and 8. Guest accommodation is provided on the lower level of our home (we live upstairs) and consists of a large studio space with queen bed and single bed, dining table and sitting area and adjoining lounge room with LCD TV. The accommodation also includes a kitchenette and laundry and private ensuite (shower and laundry is shared). The accommodation opens out onto a large garden with outdoor seating with amazing water views out to the Iron Pot and beyond. Blackmans Bay Beach is very safe and there are quality restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. We live in a quiet and leafy neighbourhood. Our home is large and is less than 10 years old and constructed of red brick and a tile roof. It consists of 5 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms, spacious lounge room and family room, a well equipped kitchen and dining room. We have a sunny BBQ deck and a big garden.
