I am the owner of this guesthouse, where we have a pool for your enjoyment, solar panels, and 24-hour electricity. It is a space that has a porch, living room, dining room, bedroom, and private bathroom. My wife, my daughter, and I run the business, providing every service our guests need. I have two granddaughters, ages 12 and 8, and I would like to interact with guests and exchange ideas based on my knowledge of various topics. I have 42 years of experience as a teacher, mastering Geography, History, Literature, Agronomy, and Natural Medicine, and have participated in international events on Permaculture and Agroecology. This home is simple and has no luxuries; our luxury lies in our good hearts.This house is located in a rural area just a 10-minute walk from the center, offering direct contact with nature. It's a peaceful place, perfect for vacationing, and has Wi-Fi access. It also has a generator to power us in case of power outages. In front of the house, I have a small garden with some of the short-cycle crops necessary for our daily needs. I have a private farm (Finca la Chiquitica) located just 500 meters from the rental house, which provides most of the household's food needs. These include mangoes (in different varieties), oranges, lemons, tangerines, pineapples, bananas (in different varieties), guavas, coconuts with delicious water, and more. It also provides the coffee we consume year-round. The farm also produces beans, cucumbers, chard, radishes, tomatoes, avocados, and mustard (depending on the time of year).) There are different varieties of medicinal plants, and I have extensive knowledge on the subject. I also own a mini-industry for the conservation of mango and guava, which allows all my guests to enjoy natural juices without any chemicals, since everything is agroecological. I have practiced Permaculture and Agroecology for many years. On this farm, as a teacher, I offer internships to children and young people from the community, to whom I teach. Our farm has received delegations from universities in Canada, Norway, and Venezuela to do internships. This is a welcoming place that guarantees a pleasant and healthy stay. We love and protect nature, which is one of the things I couldn't live without: my family, my books, my students, and Permaculture are the perfect complement to my life.At home, you'll feel like family. I'm a host who helps guests organize their activities and provides exemplary service.
