Dear interested parties, We are a family with five children between the ages of 9 and 20 and live in Brauweiler near Cologne. We have a busy family life filled with a lot of music as we all play music. Our house has a music room with a grand piano that musicians are welcome to use. We have a new pet cat who is very cuddly, sociable and friendly. Our three rabbits live outside in the garden. Since our eldest daughter is leaving us for a year to work as an au pair in France and learn French, we now have an extra room available. We completely renovated this room last year and equipped it with a large, comfortable bed, a glass desk, ceiling spotlights and other beautiful pieces of furniture, all in white. We would be happy to make this beautiful room available to you for your visit to Cologne and the surrounding area and to welcome you into our family for a certain period of time. We are looking for a female non-smoker who is not afraid of a large family life. Breakfast and dinner (or lunch if necessary) are not included in the price, but can be offered upon individual agreement. Are you interested or have questions? Then get in touch with us! The room has been recently renovated and is decorated all in white, with a spacious desk and a large bed (1.40 wide) just under the window. Through the two skylights, the room is very friendly and flooded with light.

I spent 5 months with Micheal and his family and it was such a lovely stay. Michael and his wife Hanna welcomed me in their family and were so kind with me. They have five adorable children as well. This experience helped me a lot with improving my German level and knowing a bit more about german costumes and lifestyle. Highly recommended if you are looking for an accommodation where you can feel like at home!

They are so kindness and friendly. I can’t speak English well and understand German. But, the time we spent together was great for me. I ate breakfast and dinner every time. The food they make are delicious. I ate that till I was full. We went to the park and movie theater, restaurant etc together. I really appreciate theirs. Thank you very much.

I had stayed in such a lovely family for 38 days. Michael and his family welcomed me warmly on the first day. He and his wife, Hanna emailed me frequently before I visited, so I was able to adopt to new life with them immediately. Their children were very friendly, you must love them!! They provided everything I wanted, including three meals everyday. Moreover, they had taken me to somewhere and given a lot of experience such as skiing and ice skating! Fortunately, I had felt that I had been one of their family members. I appreciate for all their kindness for me.
