The house is spacious, ventilated, with good lighting. It is located two blocks from the boardwalk and three from the center of the city, where the boulevard, the Chocolate Museum, the Terrace of Artex, the Cathedral, the Central Park, the Casa de la Trova and other sites of interest for the visitor. The house has a large and cozy terrace overlooking the sea, the mountains and the city, accessible for the enjoyment of guests, caressed by the sun and the pleasant breezes of the Atlantic.  Doña Bárbara rents two comfortable rooms, spacious, airy, heated with private bathroom, hot and cold water. In addition, gastronomic services are offered (with Cuban, Creole, marine, vegetarian dishes and the typical dishes of the region); cocktails, taxi, laundry, massages, dance classes and others. In addition our staff is available 24 hours a day to provide a careful customer service. The prices of the room are variable, in high season 25 CUC and in low season 20 CUC, Breakfast prices vary from 4 CUC to 5 CUC and dinner with prices from 8 CUC to 10 CUC.
