I am a mother of 3 young adult children. My oldest lives with me, and the other 2 are away at school. We are busy and very active in the community. Our home is located in an urban part of the city and is close to transit, parks, and shopping. We're in the middle of everything! We always have a pot of tea or coffee available. Please help yourself. If you have any special requests please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate them. I work a hybrid home and office. Yes, we drink the water from the tap. It is that safe! You will not need to buy bottled water. It is customary that when we enter a home, we remove our shoes. In the winter, they put salt on the roads and this comes into the home on your footwear, so it is our habit to remove shoes/boots at the door. Canadians are the friendliest people that you will encounter. We are helpful and accepting of all cultures. In the Toronto area, half of the population was born outside of the country. We are truly a nation of immigrants, but we get along with each other.
