Welcome to Marlen & Rafe Guest House, located in the new neighborhood of Havana, with architecture from the 50s, characterized by beautiful and comfortable houses, where the fresco, lighting and vegetation make it a charming place, where you you can enjoy the quietness and pleasant rest after a long day of hustle and bustle through the wonderful historic center located just 3 km away, just 1 km from the ViaAzul bus station. The client will have a key for the entrance to the house, as well as an independent entrance, the house offers pick-up service to the airport, as well as visits to the city, our house has a comfortable and cozy terrace, to share with friends and taste a tasty coffee. We also have a common terrace furnished for reading and breakfast, living room and dining room. We offer optional breakfast, for a price of 5 cuc per person. We are available to customers for any help they need, we have the family car for your transfer to any place in the city. Our house has two comfortable rooms, with climate, TV, minibar, cold and hot water 24 hours, private bathrooms, one room has a Queen bed and another room with twin beds. Only 2km away is the emblematic Art Factory where the house gives you the transfer free of charge. We can keep your luggage free of charge the last day after you have vacated the rooms so you can enjoy your day without restrictions. Private parking in the house. Two blocks away there is internet center and sale of cards for connection. Unfortunately we do not have wifi service at home.
