Spacious and cozy apartment in a new residential building (2019) in the city center. Next to the Palacio de Congresos and 8-10 min walk from the train station and 3-4 min from the central square. Minimalist, discreet decoration. Private bathroom next to the room. Modern kitchen. Balcony overlooking the city and terrace overlooking the Jura mountains. It has lots of light and a great room. Direct exit to the terrace. I am mainly at home at night and some weekends. I give independence to my guests, but I am available if they need me. The central square of Biel is about 3 minutes walk. The apartment is located in front of the Congress Palace, where there is also a gym, a Wellness and a large swimming pool.
