Walk to restaurants and cafes, the American Tobacco Campus and trail, Central Park, the Farmers Market, gyms, DPAC, and the Main Library. Duke University and Duke Health are a bike ride away (less than 3 miles). Built in 2022, the apartment is fully furnished and includes a new dishwasher, washer, and dryer. It's located within the fenced backyard of a family home (2 adults, 2 small dogs) in the historic Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood. Utilities (electricity and water) and WIFI are INCLUDED in the rent. You don't have to worry about other people in the apartment complex waking you up. There are no other apartments. You have the building to yourself!
