ROOM FOR RENT IN BOUSCAT – Spacious, bright and high-ceilinged room available in a quiet and secure Bouscat. The tram stops 200 meters away, with five stops for Bordeaux city center (11 mins). Bedroom with a large bed (140 cm), a desk, a large external monitor, a fan, plenty of storage space and a wall mirror. The bedroom is on the second floor of the house, where you share the bathroom with my 16 and 13 year old daughters. Downstairs there is a kitchen and American style fridge/freezer with a shelf reserved for your use on both sides. A washing machine is of course available. My last tenant lived with us for almost two years, so we are used to it and are happy to welcome a new "family member" and if you wish, you can surely accompany us on outings to the beach or elsewhere. We also have a large, well-built cat, a breed of Maine coon named Raffy. I live alone with my daughters because their mother died a few years ago. I am 47 years old and I am in a serious relationship with a French woman. She often hangs out with us or we take weekend trips. We speak Finnish, English and French, but the main language is French. I work in the IT sector (radiology) from my home office and I travel quite often on business. In addition, I represent the Finnish Pelago bicycles in France. As the girls are already teenagers, I am only looking for a tenant or a couple. Sharing the bathroom between the girls goes a lot smoother than with the guys we also had. I can easily obtain a written or oral recommendation from our previous tenant if you would like further confirmation of our profile. Rent per month and preferably in cash, I can also do it officially, but it takes time. I will sign a document to prove that you live here for free. This is enough for all paperwork in France.
