The apartment is located in EyupSultan. This area (our neighborhood) is in central Istanbul. Due to the presence of the cemetery of the companion "Abu Ayup Alansari," the area has a spiritual significance. All shops, the popular market, and various transportation options (bus, metrobus, tram, ferry) are conveniently located near the apartment. It's best to let you know that the bathroom, kitchen, and living room are communal, and the remaining amenities will arrive soon. My policy is to only rent these rooms to females who refrain from smoking (it can be outside) and drinking and are polite, nice, and respectful.
