A newly decorated very large room will become available for a student in a lovely, large and friendly family home in Hove - in a beautiful residential area, which is close to the sea and very close to public transport with easy reach to Brighton and direct access to the Universities and local shops. There are very regular direct bus and train services available to both Brighton and Sussex Universities, that take around 25/30mins. The room that will be available is on a separate floor from the rest of the family, for the sole use of student (there will be another student starting in a separate room on the same floor). Also there is a separate large modern bathroom that is available for students' use only on that floor. The room will be perfect for a student who needs a quiet and comfortable space, which will help their studies from 1st September 2025 - June/July 2026. The room is also available for shorter term periods, as required. Very large sized room - Price £220.00 per week including bills, wifi, breakfast, evening meals (Sunday to Thursday) and laundry washes. Deposit £440.00. We are a family that has really enjoyed hosting students in the past and we look forward to welcoming a new student to our home in September. Also, we are very fortunate to have a lovely cat and small dog, who are both very friendly. If you have any allergies to either please take this into consideration.
