The finca is a one acre smallholding in a small village just on the outskirts of Sanlucar de Barrameda. My intention is to create a semi-sustainable edible garden based on permaculture principles. At present the project is till in its infancy. There is a lot of painting, maintenance and updating to complete. Local shops and a nice cafe are a 5 minute walk away. The beach close by. The most prominent sounds here are the cockrels crowing, birds tweeting horses neighing and on occasion dogs barking. Use of a washing machine is available at an extra cost. There is a swimming pool on site but i havent yet got it up and running. This is a rustic farmhouse and at present the bathroom is shared as the others are being renovated.
