My place is close to Close to main bus routes, local supermarkets and North Western Motorway. Close to Trusts Stadium You'll love my place because of the views and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. No meals are supplied. There is a microwave, fridge, toaster and jug available for guests to use. Full kitchen is not available for cooking. Sandy is 50. She speaks English and enjoys sports, socialising, cooking, watching movies, reading, photography, travel, learning foreign languages, television, nature, board games, fashion design, and theatre Steve is 47 and enjoys sports, cooking, watching movies, socialising, travel, learning foreign languages, television, gardening, nature, and car, bike racing. He speaks English Chavvah is 23 and enjoys socialising, cooking, watching movies, travel, learning foreign languages, television, nature, and fashion design. She speaks English This room is a new addition to the house and was built in July 2016 so is clean and new. Your space is a private room and the bathroom (new also)is shared with one other person only, your room is downstairs and Steve and I are upstairs so this is quite private for you. You definitely won't be tripping up over us! The washing machine, iron and board are located in the laundry. You are welcome to hang your washing on the line which is undercover. If you need space for a laptop you are welcome to use the computer desk situated downstairs. You will have access to your room through the main door of the house with your own key. You are welcome to either park your car in the covered carport, or keep it outside on the street: it's your preference. You will have uninterrupted, sole occupancy of the room. If you are in need of recommendations for restaurants, where to visit, how to get here, etc just let us know! One or both of us will be just a phone call, text message or a knock on the front door away. We will definitely not be in your space but will be on call to answer any questions Our neighbourhood is friendly and relaxed. There are lovely places to walk around the neighbourhood and the local supermarket is about a 5 minute walk away. We have a new cycle lane which you can ride or walk on to the city. As you will have seen, we are quite close to the city to make it a breeze to tap into the many sightseeing opportunities available in Auckland, and close enough to the airport so you don't have to plan a whole day to catch your flight. We are just a three minute walk to Te Atatu Road where the bus stop is. Both buses and taxis are frequent and it takes around 15-20 minutes in a cab to Auckland City Centre (dependant on the time of day) NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL
