Claudia is welcoming, helpful, understanding, and patient. All of these qualities make her a good host. The house is centrally located between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso. There is walking access to the beach, gyms, and restaurants. Additionally, the house is nearby the Recreo "micro" (bus) stop, so getting to different places in the area such as Reñaca, Concón, or Valparaíso is also cheap and easy. I enjoyed my stay in Recreo. As a Spanish language learner the experience was especially beneficial for me because I had the opportunity to talk to the family while also going to the school and intercambio groups in the area. If given the opportunity I would love to go back.

Staying with Claudia and her family was a great experience and I really recommend her. Very helpful and sincere, the accommodation was nice and actually reminded me of home a bit. Quedarme con Claudia y familia fue una gran experiencia que recommiendo. Ella era muy servicial y sincera, el alojamiental fue bueno y me recordo in poco a casa.

Ser huespede de Claudia y su Familia fuè una de las esperiencias màs divertida y unica! Claudia es muy disponible y amable y me he aiudado mucho a conoscer la ciudad y alrededores! La casa es muy tranquila y perfecta para descansar en una de las zonas màs segura e cerca de todo!

Claudia and here family are so nice and friendly. They gave me a lot of great recommendations on what to do and how to get there. The room and the breakfast fast perfect and I enjoyed talking to her. I had a wonderful and too short stay. I can strongly recommend her as a great host. Also the location of her house is great. You can get fast and cheap to all cities along the coast.

Una de las mujeres más educada y amable que he conocido en mi vida. La familia es fantástica, gentile y bondadoso. Recomiendo una estancia aquí con todo mi corazón. Me ayudaron aprobar un examen de español bien difícil y los agradeceré para siempre.

Während unserer 3-monatigen Reise durch Südamerika war die Unterkunft bei Claudia und Jaime eines der besten! Warmherzig, sehr gastfreundlich, sie waren jederzeit für Fragen da und stets an unserem Wohlergehen interessiert. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in Recreo, einem sehr sicheren und angenehmen Stadtteil zwischen Valparaiso und Viña del Mar. Ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt nebenan, einige Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen gibt es in den umliegenden Straßen. Mit Bussen und Metro kommt man schnell und günstig in die beiden Städte. Wir hatten für 11 Tage das Doppelzimmer, die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, das Gemeinschaftsbad sauber, das Wifi-Netz funktionierte perfekt in unserem Zimmer. Claudia hatte uns am Busbahnhof abgeholt und bei Abreise wieder hingefahren, es war ein Rumdum-Sorglospaket. Das Frühstück [dem deutschen wichtigste Mahlzeit :-) ] war das beste was wir bis dahin auf unserer Reise bekommen hatten. Immer ausreichend, abwechslungsreich, jeden Morgen frisches Obst, dazu immer gutgelaunte nette Konversation mit der Familie oder anderen Gästen, da haben wir es uns manchmal bis zu einer Stunde gutgehen lassen. Der perfekte Start in den Tag! Die Unterkunft ist ideal um ein wenig Familienanschluss zu bekommen, Tagesausflüge in die beiden Städte oder zum Strand zu unternehmen, abzuschalten, stressfreie Urlaubstage zu erleben und ruhig Nächte zu genießen. Wir werden sicherlich noch lange an die tolle Zeit zurückdenken. Vielen Dank an Claudia&Jaime. Real friendly and warm welcoming family. We like to stay here and everything seems to be no problem at that place. So take a little while here and enjoy the breakfast, which is every day the best start. Muchas gracias a Claudia & Jaime!
