Welcome to our home in Havana, an authentic Colonial House from 1883 full of history and charm. Our home has a beautiful and preserved colonial structure from the late 19th century, the result of a Spanish immigrant's passion for our land. High ceilings made of precious wood, large windows that allow ventilation and lighting throughout the house and beautiful creations of colonial bars are ample examples of bygone eras but preserved despite the time that you can enjoy in our hostel. Over the years the house has been an inspiration for musicians and artists, in the 90s a film about a famous Cuban quartet “Los Zafiros, locancia azul” was filmed in the house. For the comfort of our guests, we have two large living rooms, a balcony and a central patio that can be used by our smoking clients to enjoy a Cuban cigar (tobacco), make new friends and share impressions of the island with other travelers or our own family. Miriam and Gerardo are a retired couple, she is a librarian and he is an engineer, who dedicate their retirement years to the comfort and well-being of visitors, offering a deep knowledge of the city and the island in general. They offer free WIFI!!!
