Just me in a large converted Manor house built circa 1824. Sir Ernest Shakeltons' family lived here and he stayed here on regular occasions. It is off the main road and has a small driveway leading to a dead end. The room is a single room, plenty of storage space and new bed. It is a quirky conversion and I have the ball room as my front room. Lots of art and 'things' A large fully fitted large kitchen with all amenities. I am a pescatarian, and love to make vegan/ vegetarian food. There is an island in the kitchen to eat breakfast and a separate dining room. My sleeping space is downstairs. I do use the ballroom!! Tall ceilings chandelier in front room. Garden with a small summer house with a little sea view. You must like dogs and cats. I have 7 cats, you rarely see them all together, only at feeding time and I have 2 dogs. The room has own private bathroom with wc, basin, bath and shower. Walking distance from the sea and town centre. Easy access to other places in Torquay and Dartmoore. The National express station is 10 mins walk from the house. Easy access to London and a train station Torre 10 minutes from the house.. Direct access to London, Paddington, 3.5 hours. I'm easy going and like to see people happy and enjoying themselves!
