The view from the house is on the vineyards of Fattoria Spinola and in the distance of Perugia and Torgiano. Despite the silence and peace that will reign, is well connected to the main road (SP401) and then you can easily get to the places of interest and historical artists: Assisi, Perugia, Deruta, Todi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Bevagna ...
