If you're interested in Japanese food,I will teach you how to cook:) -20minutes from Itami airport -1minut from the bus stop on foot -10 minutes from the monorail station on foot -30minutes from downtown Osaka by train -20minutes from amusementpark and soccer stadium on foot and by monorail -1 hour from Kyoto by train -1 hour from Kobe by train No smoking allowed in the house. If you come by car,let me know when you book. Please feel free to ask any other questions.

I'm a bit late on my review because I stayed at Tomoko's house in March. The cheerfulness of Tomoko was heartwarming and talking with her always interesting. We decided once to have diner with her and oh my what a delicious one she made. It's not expensive at all and Tomoko is a great cook ! Plus it was a great way to share with her as we were mostly outside during the day. For making our stay near Osaka wonderful, thank you very much again Tomoko !

Super helpful. A lovely home not too far a way from osaka station (15 min). Tomo's cooking is fresh and delicious.

Tomoko was an excellent host!! She has a very nice home and makes very good breakfasts and dinners everyday! She is also very easy to talk to about anything! She was so friendly that it was as if we had already knew each other for a long time before. She and her husband were even kind enough to drive me to the train station the day I was leaving and gave me a really nice present too! Next time I’m in Osaka I’ll definitely stay here with Tomoko again! Arigato!

We had a great homestay experience in Osaka with Tomoko. The house was modern and had a very comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was very good and Tomoko was very friendly, can speak very good English and gave us some nice tips for events in the area. The homestay was very enjoyable and we can recommend it to everyone staying in the area!

Tomoko is very friendly and easy to talk to. Her house is extremely clean and quiet. I had no problems walking to the nearest bus stop and monorail, which I used to get all around the Osaka area. Tomoko greeted us at the monorail station when we arrived and walked with us to her home. My great time spent in Osaka wouldn't have been possible without Tomoko. I plan on staying with her the next time I find myself in Osaka!

Beautiful house to stay in. The place is quiet, clean and safe. Convenience stores and cafes are 5 mins away from her house. And the monorail is about 10 mins walk. Tomoko is always there to help with anything. She is also friendly and bubbly. Easy to start a conversation with. And her cooking is the best. Definitely a must try! Enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you Tomoko.

For a first ever week in Japan, this could not have been better! I can not recommend this amazing host family enough! Tomoko and her husband are so very nice and helpful, of course they have their own things going on, but they will always help when they can! Tomoko even learnt me how to cook Japanese food! The home is very close to a monorail station, and travelling with the monorail is just such a good experience. Kyoto and Nara are both very decent to reach, so i recommend those places! Once again, thank you so much for this amazing week!

We loved our stay with Tomoko! Her house is beautiful and Tomoko is such a warm and accommodating host. She was so kind to meet us at the station when we arrived in Osaka, and was very helpful in telling us about great places in Osaka to check out. Tomoko is a very kind person who is easy to talk to and we had a lot of fun going to karaoke together! Her husband Kohei is also very kind, he works quite late so we were only able to meet for a but but I enjoyed chatting with him! Tomoko also was hosting two other homestays at the time and I really enjoyed being able to meet and chat with people from all over the world. I didn't know we'd have such a great time in Osaka, I wish we had stayed longer! Next time we visit Osaka, I hope to stay at Tomoko's place again!
