I'm a doctor living in the metro and I'll be your host. :) My space is a cozy 3-room condo in a very good neighborhood with easy access to the usual creature comforts. The space is most ideal for 1-3 guests, but can fit 5. I won't be able to personally stay with you, but will assist you as much as i can and pop in for a visit now and then. There are plenty of places nearby to eat, shop and relax. If you find yourself in the metro, exploring Quezon City, or just needing a place to stay for a bit, I might have a place for you. The condo borders Quezon City and Manila. It's near schools, hospitals, restaurants, malls, etc. It has a total of 50sqm or 538 sqft. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 multi purpose room/ storage, living room, kitchenette and dining. My space is also ideal for those traveling for internship or observership in one of the nearby hospitals and schools. If you're looking for a place for long term stay, we can negotiate terms. Condominium features gym, swimming pool, walkpath, playground. There are 4 elevators in the building and one exclusively services the top floors where the unit is located. The lobby is inviting, a nice place to hang around. front desk is helpful. They can assist you with taxi service. The building tenants are mostly students, small families, tourists, expats. The area continues to develop with lots of new businesses being set up, and new residences being developed. Since I am working full time, I may be quite busy. But I'll do my best to make you feel welcome. If we have a slow day, we can go eat in the nearby restos, or I can show you around for leisure activities. Within 3-5 minutes walking distance to supermarkets, hardware store, drug stores, restaurants and fast foods, coffee shops, internet cafe, spas and salons, laundromat. Also within walking vicinity of private schools and colleges, hospitals, churches and residential subdivisions (very good neighborhood). Easy access to public transport. Most destinations are 1-2 jeepney rides away. I can also offer rideshare if we're travelling the same direction. - 5 to 10 minutes' drive to SM Sta.
