Spacious, bright, well-equipped and modern top floor 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Jaipur. The leafy neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and safe with a local market. Close to all amenities and public transport with private parking. This top floor modern apartment is very spacious and is tastefully decorated with high quality furniture and fittings. We have just redecorated the entire apartment and the exterior/interior of the whole building in March 2016. The high ceilings and open plan design make the space very light and airy. Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned and has a Super king size bed with ensuite western shower room and toilet and has a large balcony. Bedroom 2 has an antique traditional double bed and is also ensuite with western toilet and shower. Both rooms have hot & cold shower facilities. Our large open plan lounge and dining area is a comfortable space for you to relax, read or watch TV. As we have been inspected and approved by the Government of Rajasthan Tourism, you can be assured that your stay will be safe and comfortable. We welcome International tourists, local tourists, long term guests, students, volunteers, and those on business. The nearest Metro station is Aatish Market . There is a local market, local restaurants and supermarket within easily walking distance. You will find everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in the Pink City. The entire apartment can be requested for exclusive use. Alternatively you can rent 1 or 2 rooms. You will have access at any time to the guests lounge, dining area, kitchen and roof terrace as well as your own private facilities. You will be welcomed on arrival and provided with all information you need during your stay. If we are not around during your stay we will have a family member welcome you on our behalf and you will have our telephone contact if you have any questions. We love interacting with our guests and Sunil is a government licensed guide if you need any help in planning your trip. We have a roof terrace if you'd like to enjoy views over the city. There is private parking at the apartment. We have a water purifier, so no need for you to buy bottled mineral water. Flat screen TV in the lounge. Fridge-freezer and washing machine. The apartment is located in a tree-lined street in a quiet residential area close to the city centre. It is a friendly and safe area with a market, local shops and a park. Cinema, restaurants, shopping malls, Pink City and sightseeing can be easily reached using the Metro or local transport. The apartment is within easy access to the City centre, restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, train and bus stations. There are very reliable local taxi services which we use regularly and the costs are similar to auto-rickshaw. Jaipur airport is a 20 minute journey by road. Rajasthan University is only 15 minutes by road. The train and bus stations can be easily accessed by either Metro or local transport. We can arrange a car & driver for you if you prefer whilst in Jaipur, this is a very reliable person who we have used over a number of years and will also do airport/train and bus station picks ups and sightseeing tours.
