The house is on the upper Oldpark Road in North Belfast. Public transport stops right outside the door with regular links to city centre.We are close to the surrounding mountains, and have lovely views all around.The house is small and homely with a double, single and twin rooms. There is free wifi access.There is a convenience store and fast food outlets as well as restaurants in the vicinity. There are loads of books available for anyone who likes to read,also a wide selection of dvds.You can also enjoy the sunshine on the patio or in the local parks which are within walking distance and are so beautiful. Airports, rail and motorways are convenient to where we live.There is also on street free parking. A simple breakfast is included in the nightly charge. Payment is due on the day of arrival please. Please be aware that bathroom is shared among guests and there are NO ensuite facilities as the house is small. Due to the rising cost of living, sadly I have had to raise my prices ,so check before you contact me please to see if it suits you. I cannot work for nothing!!

This main bedroom has a very comfortable double bed with toiletries, towels etc provided .It has a lovely view of Cavehill and is sunny in the mornings (when it is not raining of course) My charges are Â£70 for single occupancy but Â£!20 for two.

Me & my brother stayed with Rosemary as we attended an event in Belfast she was very friendly and polite,we had conversations with her at breakfast and she even made us sandwiches for on the ferry back home so we didn't have to pay the ferry price would definitely recommend and book with Rosemary again next time I'm in Belfast if she has availability

I had a very good welcome from Rosemary,making me feel staying at a friend's.I was on my own and I really appreciated frienship,safety,comfort to spend an enjoying week in Belfast.Her home is not very far from the center(half an hour by feet maxi),buses,commodities around,parks(the famous Cave Hill's park,waterwork park).

Rosemary was a super host and nothing was any bother to her.Beautiful house with a nice view.I would definitely recommend staying with Rosemary whenever you're staying in Belfast.

Rosemary is very professional in hosting homestay. Communication with her is quite efficient and she try her best to fit guests’ need. I stayed in the single room. It’s small but equipped with a wardrobe and dresser which are good enough for a short stay. Bathroom is shared with max 4 others if room are all filled. Breakfast is served but I didn’t take as it’s before 9.30 which is too early for me. Having on a different time is maybe possible but you need to pre-arrange with the host. I can’t think of any downside but the room isn’t warm for me as a cold sensitive person. I stayed in the duvet all time and need to use blanket on top of duvet for sleep. Location is good. You can see beautiful mountains from the road. Bus stop is in front of the door. I think bus to the city center comes every 10mins except Sunday every 1 hour.

Amazing place to stay. Rosemary place is clean and comfortable and she makes you feel like you're at home. It's also a nice neighborhood, 10-15min from center of Belfast in bus and nice parks around. Rosemary is an incredible host and she shared with me some great stories. I enjoyed my week at her place and I will surely comeback.

Adorei estar com a Rosemary, a casa é ótima acomodação também, ela é muito gentil lugar perfeito para se estar em Belfast próximo ao centro e supermercados. Além disso tem um ótimo café da manhã.
