We are looking for person who do not smoke at all or drinking alcohol..if happen we will discontinue stay must check out with out refund..our home cannot smoke or drinking we are none smoker or drinker or any kind of Drug use..we had experience with person who damage room smell with smoke and drug use in the past...this is reason to strict in this area..we need trust person that want to live as family with us. We welcome all Nations men and women....short or long term person who are quite and respect others and Non Smoker person ... we are close to Bloomfield College that you can walk to school. My husband have skill to train you how to learn English quicker by spending time around kitchen table and learn American culture in the same time. We will help you to know area..when you arrive to feel comfortable as second home.. If you need to go to New York City....30- 40 minutes as no traffic by Bus or by Train....and walk from our home just a few minutes. We have guest who traveling daily to NY or Newark use Train...we have Dr.s and Professor stay with us in the past...and they are enjoy stay with us. Our Home 2 family house,we have rooms available that you need to stay short or long time in The north of USA close to NY City. Near to all Transportation to City and Bus and Train Station close that you can walk By Bloomfield College....that you can go learn English as second languest and walk to College just 5 minutes..we are close to Montclair University and Mountainside Hospital.We looking for International Professors,Dr. and Business or Vacation time ..who are quite manner...NO SMOKE on our Property and Not smoke at all... Long Term Stay one month deposit, we have one cat in the house with us. We looking for Long Term Students, Nurse, Dr. School or Master Degree in University we closer to many University in area include NY City and Newark Airport. You can walk to shopping area Restaurants, Dinner, Chinese take out and Store like CVS, Quick check and more. Use of Kitchen: We welcome to share with host work with time of use when is free or let Host Know how you like to do cooking. Only Light food cooking meals. Parking in front of the house...on public street only. We provide set of Bedroom.....if long term stay prefer bring your own. We Provide Free WiFi For Long term stay and use Laundry more than one time a week at home cost 10$ of each wash.No Blanket or heavy clothes or Jacket wash at home...only small item and one Free load a week. Without a doubt, the best stay you could get from a homestay! Staying with Martin and Patricia felt like I am still living with my family. They are very welcoming, and will make you feel like you're at home. The area is very safe, and it is perfect for long stays, especially if you are an international student, visiting and want to improve your English, or even just looking for an affordable place to stay temporarily. Mr. Martin can help improve your language by engaging and having conversations with you. I am an NYU student, and therefore used transportation to go to school in Manhattan almost every day. Going to New York is easy, it will take 30-40 minutes using private transportation (Decamp Bus #33). It's just a 2 minute walk from the house and the bus takes you directly to Port Authority Bus station, which is on 42 street "Times Square" in Manhattan. You can also use public transportation by taking the NJ Transit Train directly to 34 street Penn Station in Manhattan. The Bloomfield train station is a 10-15 minute walk from the home, and will take around 30 minutes to get to Manhattan. -Both stations are directly linked to the NY SUBWAY, and therefore, once you reach the stations, you can go anywhere you want in NewYork using the subway. Don't worry about transportation or any other details, Martin and Patricia will help you with that, and will also show you affordable grocery stores nearby so you know where to go shopping. Besides the affordable rent, the area is a lot cheaper than living in New York itself, and therefore you could save money on rent and life essentials like food and grocery shopping.

I felt like my second HOME!!! Patricia & Martin are very friendly and amazing to live with! I stayed with them in their clean beautiful house for almost 2 months. I am an intern doctor who used to go to study in NYC everyday even sometimes during weekends. The train station is 12 min if you walk which is very good not far. I took the train for 35 min to Penn station in NYC. You can buy the daily or weekly or monthly ticket for the train and they have good deals for each of them. Their house area is SAFE and QUIET. You can get a fresh clean air not like NYC! Also, shopping is very easy the supermarket and small markets are around the house and the train station also restaurants. If you want to go by bus (DeCamp) to NYC, they have a bus stop just behind their house. Moreover, they have a wonderful kitchen which is clean and unique because it has a lot of stuff and tools! Their backyard is very green and beautiful. When I asked them for help, they helped a lot! My bedroom was cleaned and well arranged, I would never ask for more. I really enjoyed my stay with them because they were very good. Patricia & Martin: Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness, your generosity, your smiles, your open mind, your support and help during my stay in your house!!! It is GREATLY appreciated! Patricia and Martin are AWESOME! They are REALLY good people. Always generous, kind, open... I loved that family atmosphere. Their house is close to many stores (banks, restaurants, supermarkets... and so on). If you need to go to NYC, you can walk to the bus station (a few minutes) or the train station (about 10 minutes). It will take only 30 minutes to get there. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean too. Of course, you can use the kitchen and there is a refrigerator for you. BEST VALUE FOR MONEY! It was my first trip and thanks to them, everything was perfect. Meeting them was a true blessing. I will come back for sure... with some chocolate and coffee! Haha!
