In the resort 250 m from the centre of Miami-Platja, in a sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1.3 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop 650 m, railway station "Hospitalet" 1.5 km, swimming bay 500 m. Sports harbour 900 m, golf course (13 hole) 3 km, tennis 800 m. Tuvimos que llamar para que aportaran bombillas para la lámpara del comedor (funcionaban la mitad). Las sartenes tenían restos de comida carbonizada; el menaje de cocina (tipo ensaladeras) es escaso; hormigas en la cocina y cucarachas en el baño. El aire acondicionado del dormitorio principal no tiene fuerza de salida. Iluminación escasa (bombillas fundidas y con poca potencia) en toda la casa. La mesita de noche del dormitorio principal tenía polvo de semanas. Piscina y terraza maravillosas. Answer from Interhome Thank you for the review. Due to the surrounding habitat, this area is prone to cockroaches and ants, therefore it is important to store away food items immediately after use. Some anti-insect can be requested or bought from nearby stores to minimise the effect. The bulbs have been changed since this review. In any case, it is important ot notify the keyholder for any assistance required.

The villa is spacious and in a quiet residential area with good secure parking. Once inside the house smelled fusty and one bedroom was really smelly. Lightbulbs missing. There was a spy camera in the living room which we immediately covered up. I thought it might be something old but it’s not on the photos so must be newly added. The seating area is uncomfortable inside and out, no mattresses for sunbeds. The pool was filthy and unsafe to use. Interhomes were great at trying to sort things. Answer from Interhome Thank you for your feedback. We would liek to clarify that there is an alarm system in the lounge, not a camera as presumed. The light bulbs have been replaced and the smell is from humidity.

Belle maison, malgrés quelques points a améliorer pour une meilleure qualité/ prix. Piscine très bien, accès mer, commerces, centre ville proche. Lave linge appréciable. Cheminée pour la grillade très bien. Douche extérieure pratique malgrés le pommeau usé (eau part dans tous les sens). De la vaisselle était cassée, prises cuisine mal fixées; fils apparents. Épuisette pour la piscine cassée qui nous a été très vite remplacée. La vaisselle usée, tasses ébréchée. Manque peut-être une prise extérieure sur la terrasse. Lumières piscine marchent pas. Sol de la terrasse + garage très glissant avec pieds mouillé(il y a eu bcp de chutes 4 enfants, sans gravités) Nous avons passé un bon séjour Note 6/10 pour l'ensemble. N’oubliez pas de contacter nos collègues sur place en cas de tout problème pour qu’il puisse être résolu le plus rapidement possible. De nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine ont été ajoutés. Les lumières de piscine ne sont malheureusement pas disponibles pour les voyageurs. La prise dans la cuisine ainsi que la douche ont été réparés.
