Nous avons passé 15 jours de vacances dans la maison ESTRELLA pour la somme de 2700 euros et nous sommes très déçu des prestations pour ce prix !! En effet beaucoup de choses était cassé ou ne fonctionné pas, transat cassé, fermeture de baie vitré cassé, fenêtre bloqué dans une chambre, faïence cassé, cafetière ne fonctionne pas et un état générale de la maison en manque d'entretien dommage dans cette belle petite résidence. Le personnel interhome a l'écoute mais n'a pas fait grand chose.

La casa está super bien, muy cómoda y amplia y la piscina prácticamente semi-privada (15 vecinos), está en un jardín súper amplio y agradable. faltó información acerca del wifi al recoger las llaves, podrían dejarla escrita junto con las llaves o escrita junto con las instrucciones que te encuentras dentro de la cas En la cocina faltan elementos como: tabla de cortar, tijeras En teoría dejan un kit inicial de limpieza para el check-in, a nosotros no nos lo dejaron. La casa es bonita y estaba limpia cuando llegamos pero hay muchas cosas que tendrían que mejorar. Para empezar el AC no funcionaba correctamente.Se apagaba cada dos por tres y en pleno mes de agosto es un problema. Menaje completamente insuficiente en la cocina, el agua sale hirviendo hasta el punto de quemarnos, habitacion sin sitio para la ropa. Piscina correcta y limpia.Tuvieron que venir un par de veces a arreglar cosas y tuviemos que esperar a los tecnicos. Esperabamos mas para el precio. apartamento completo con muy buena ubicación cerca del Delta del Ebre, muy buena piscina. El aire acondicionado no funcionó durante toda la semana, pero el equipo de Interhome nos facilitó ventilación.

Un engaño, poco profesionales, ningún mantenimiento de la casa y la limpieza muy mala y ninguna medida para el COVID 19(mucho cuidado) El aire acondicionado desde el primer dia no funcionaba y no lo han arreglado en toda la semana, por lo que he estado sin aire en pleno verano y sin poder abrir ventanas por los mosquitos. Una vergüenza, cobran a precio de hotel de 5 estrellas y dan un servicio de hostal de carretera. No lo recomiendo porque es un engaño.
