Veniamos de un cambio de otra casa en la urb.mobte pichells. La casa Martina dispone de parking privado y piscina comunitaria con pocos vecinos,la cocina nueva CUIDADO la perfileria mal acabada ...,las ventanas van duras y has de estar uno dentro y otro fuera de la casa porque se atasca, el grifo del aseo principal esta suelto,la lavadora hay programas que no funcionan bien,tienen una especie”de toldo destrozado lleno de sucieda y bichos,la nevera no enfria apena…. Answer from Interhome We are sorry to hear that this place did not meet your satisfaction. Since having transfered this guest to another accommodation, our staff on site have made improvements here. There are now new knives, the faucet was repaired and the washing machine fully functional. Thank you for the input.

A very pleasant location. Pro: The house and secure garden was very peaceful and dog friendly. Contra: We had to leave a day earlier than planned and there was nobody available to contact as the office was closed for the day. After numerous telephone calls we contacted the parent company and on their advice left the keys in a letter box at the office. We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned. The floors were not very clean, the bedding was of a very poor quality and the twin beds were very hard. The only UK TV channel was BBC world.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme dans cette charmante maison. Il était très agréable de profiter du joli jardin et de ses 3 terrasses. Nous avons aussi profité, seules, de la piscine :) Les alentours et la ville de Peñiscola et son château médiéval nous ont permises de faire de belles balades. Arrivé et départ sympa grâce à la personne qui nous a accueillie. Nous recommandons cette location.

Vacances sportives Pro: Belle piscine, belle extérieur. Propriété avec barrière pour rentrer. Équipé de touts ustensiles nécessaire. Espace suffisant pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Contra: Difficile d'accès, la Rue est vraiment très étroite et elle est à double sens. Si vous croisez quelqu'un, vous êtes bon pour vous faire la rue en marche arrière. Assez long si vous décidez de descendre à la plage à pied (40 min). Les portes des chambres ne ferment plus. Porte d'entrée difficile à fermer ou à ouvrir( il faut exercer une forte pression pour pouvoir l'ouvrir). Système de douche à moitié fixé au mur. Garage avec beaucoup de choses dedans, donc difficile de mettre un grand véhicule.

Petit coin tranquille pour de très belles vacances. Un peu à l'écart du centre, mais on peut pas tout avoir. Très lumineux et confortable.

La casa estupenda, lo malo es la ducha que no salía agua caliente asta que tuvimos que moverlo un poco para que saliera porque el tubo estaba bloqueado. El váter de la ducha no funciona ay que esperar bastante para poder tirar y tuvimos que usar el pequeño que ay una pica pequeña que pierde agua al que abajo está roto,el wifi no funciona y la tele solo ay un canal en español, el jardín le falta regar i echar abono para las plantas y echar para las hormigas que ay muchas por lo demás bien.
