Ce que j'ai apprécié : - Situation - Parking sécurisé - Rapport qualité/prix Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié - Isolation phonique par rapport aux voisins - Agencement ubuesque. Un bon canapé lit ou un lit suffirait pour un couple et laisserait de la place pour circuler. C'est un appart pour deux, pas plus. - Les rideaux. - La bouilloire sans réglage de température.

Très bon emplacement , parking privé , studio très bien placé avec un très grand balcon , mais il faudrait revoir l’emplacement des meubles pour avoir accès plus facilement, et ménage moyen dans la salle de bain et de la poussière dans la pièce principale,

Le volet automatique dans la pièce principale laisse rentrer le jour reveil à 6h du mat.table minuscule avec tabouret.les rideaux sont trop petit.le ménage sur la terrasse non fait.vous dormez dans un placard qui une fois déplié vous empeche de pouvoir aller sur la terrasse.vos devez rendre le logement avant 10h du matin en allant à l'agence à coté de la gare.je decommande cette location.

We had a nice stay in this cosy studio, which is ideally located in Deauville. The studio is close to the beach, close to the city center and free private parking is available on site.

Un studio bien équipé pour notre séjour, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner même un batteur électrique ,un fer à repasser ,seche linge,un lit confortable pour dormir. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour dans un cadre calme aucun bruit dans la résidence .
