Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bakery 2 km, bus stop "La piste rouge" 200 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 7.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 6.8 km. Tennis 3 km, minigolf 3 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 200 m, ice rink 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Manque de la vaisselle, mobilier de jardin vétuste , manque barbecue

L'appartement est bien. Par contre, le logement est très excentré des pistes et remontée mécanique. En effet la piste rouge qui peut le servir est rarement ouverte à cause du déficit d'enneigement à basse altitude. Par ailleurs, il y a très très peu de navettes de St Gervais desservant le logement.

Vakantiewoning goed in orde. Alles aanwezig wat nodig is. Badkamers konden confortabeler zijn - grotere douche - meer water ipv spaarkop. Ook beschikbare tv was minimaal. Wel prima internet en prima communicatie met verhuurbedrijf.

bien que le séjour est été très agréable. nous n'avons pas apprécié la susceptibilité du voisin d'en face ????? Dommage que l'agence soit fermée le samedi, malgré le sourire commercial nous sentons que nous avons dérangé ces 3 personnes de l'accueil juste pour une question que nous avions à poser! l'accompagnement est limite manque d'égard vis à vis des clients par exemple parking à nous de deviner ???? lieu de poubelle à nous de deviner !!!

Gorgeous view. House is just good enough for a simple living, not a place if you are looking for luxury. Lacks ventilation in Summer. Overall, it was just enough.

Superbe lieu de vacances avec une grande terrasse et une belle vue. Très propre agréable et calme.Lits confortables. Téléviseur trop petit. Accès en voiture un peu délicat car belle pente de 40metres environ.

L'endroit est calme, le chalet doté d'une terrasse bien ensoleillée. Toutefois, il serait judicieux d'avoir 1 lave linge, 1appareil à raclette.... Le reste était satisfaisant.

Le clos Alpin est une jolie résidence de type chalet avec une très belle vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Destiné à la location ,il souffre d'un manque d'entretien, certains éléments seraient à renouveler. Il manque un placard pour ranger les courses Celui de l'entrée est inutilisable car il est destiné à l'équipe d'entretien. Nous avons dû empiler nos produits alimentaires sur la table du salon. Enfin en ces temps de covid l'hygiène laissait à désirer.
