This 3rd floor (stairs only) charming apartment is the perfect space and location for someone looking to visit without being in the middle of the busy tourist square. The owners are quick to answer any questions that may come up and very friendly. Location to attractions: You can walk 10 mins to a taxi post, About a 40 mins walk to the Santa Maria Nouvella Train Station and Shopping Center. Apartment is gated with key entry. Providing a safe and comfortable feeling!

We arrived much later than expected due to problems with the trains. it was no problem, A. lives very nearby and was there to welcome us and was always on hand to answer any questions. The appt have recently been renovated and is spacious, airy and very clean. A/C was a godsend as the temp hit 32 degrees even in mid June . The appt is out of the tourist area but easy walking distance to all the main sites. Probably not suitable to anyone with mobility issues due to the spiral stairs

Très bel appartement spacieux dans un. joli quartier calme et propre. Literie correcte. . Il faudrait prévoir un peu plus de vaisselle. Un chauffage d’appoint est nécessaire l’appartement est situé au nord et du coup qd les températures sont basses on a vraiment froid. Salle de bain top.

Logement situé dans une résidence calme à seulement 20 minutes de marche du centre historique; très bel espace, literie impeccable, terrasse ou il est possible de déjeuner à deux. Petit bémol pour ce qui concerne l'équipement de base pour de courts séjours; il n'y avait pas de torchon à vaisselle (on a recontacté l'accueillante: nous a fourni un essuie en éponge pour la cuisine), lave vaisselle mais pas de pastilles de lavage, 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette...ça manquait pour mettre 5 étoiles
