Just 800 metres from the beaches of the Golden Mile and its exclusive beach clubs – Puente Romano and Club Marbella – this home is located in a vibrant residential community. We think it's great for family holidays – groups of young people and gatherings aren't permitted, so you won't need to worry about late-night music and parties. You'll have access to a range of shared facilities here, including a large pool, gym, and spa. Fear not, though – you'll also have your own private pool, rooftop terrace and hot tub with lovely views, where you can enjoy some peace and quiet.
*Not all bathrooms are photographed. Expect the quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*There's free parking for a car in the garage.
*One of the beds is a small double and may be a squeeze for two adults.
*The bedroom in the basement has a fan instead of A/C and no underfloor heating. *Neighbouring buildings overlook this home, so the outdoor spaces and rooftop may not feel the most private.
*Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
*Groups of adults under the age of 30 aren't permitted.
*You'll have access to communal facilities here, including a shared pool, gym, and sauna – these may undergo maintenance from time to time.
*For stays of more than 6 days, there is a a compulsory weekly clean.
