This unfussy townhouse is a short walk from Casablanca Beach and a ten-minute drive from Marbella’s upmarket boutiques, bars and restaurants. The place is simply furnished yet bright and comfortable, with plenty of room for a group of nine to feel at ease. Outside, there’s a terrace with the option of being completely covered if you need to take a break from the sunshine. The barbecue encourages alfresco dining, and you’ll enjoy glimpses of the Mediterranean Sea. Elsewhere on the premises, you’ll find a communal swimming pool and a tennis court.
*While the single bedroom isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*Due to severe drought in the area, your Host may have been required to close the swimming pool. Please do reach out to us for confirmation.
*The communal swimming pool is open from the 1st to the 8th of April from 11am to 7pm, the 1st of May to the 15th of June from 11am to 7pm, the 15th of June to the 31st of August from 11am to 9pm and from the 1st of September to the 15th of October from 11am to 7pm.
