You get views of the sea and mountains from this home’s roof terrace. There’s also a garden with a barbeque and dining table, while communal facilities include a tennis court and a swimming pool. More about the home itself – this townhouse has two living spaces, so it’s great for families and friends. We love the fantastic vistas over the bay from the top-floor living room. The main bedroom suite is spacious – there’s a king-size bed, a single sofa bed, and a separate dressing area here. We should also mention that bedroom three has a double sofa bed. The location is a gem too – situated in the heart of Marbella's Golden Mile, you’ll be just metres from the beautiful Casablanca Beach.
*The tennis court and swimming pool are communal. The pool is available in the warmer months and opening hours are 11am to 7pm, apart from the 16th June to 31 August when the opening hours are until 9pm.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in bedroom three.
*As well as the king-size bed in the main bedroom, there's a single sofa bed that's ideal for young children.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*A car isn't essential as you can walk to the shops and some great restaurants and there is a bus stop at the end of the street.
