Sure, at full occupancy two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, but it’s a small price to pay for this home’s plethora of amenities and location. On-site, you can make the most of two swimming pools, an indoor and outdoor gym, a yoga room, and a playground for the little ones in your family. Keen to get out and about? Dubai Mall is a mere five minutes away on foot, or you can reach the iconic Burj Khalifa in ten minutes.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. If you would like the sofa bed made up, please contact your host at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
*There are two communal pools to enjoy here, which are not fenced. Children will need to be supervised at all times.
*You'll also have access to the on-site gyms, yoga room, and children's playground here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
*This is a top-floor apartment. There may be some stairs to climb here.
*A free, private parking space is available here. Alternatively, the nearest public transport is the Dubai Mall Metro Station, a ten-minute walk away.
